The Eight Steps Formula?? Bring it on.It a self improvement book about how you see, feel and change your organization. As you can see at the cover, its a Real-Life Stories of How People Change Their Organization. I have not read the "Leading Change" but i assume, this book is pieces of answer of John P. Kotter previous book.
First Impression, It gives a negative mind set of example like :
In the less successful cases, there is too little effective communication, or people hear words but do not accept them...―page 4, line 26.
So I was thinking, how could the book of Changes lead you from the thought of negativity to a powerful mindset of leading your organization? The book it selves succeed to make me wondered and truly pushed me to implant the steps −the 8 core steps/heart of change− into my job.
"Example is not the main thing influencing others. It is the only thing." -- Albert Schweitzer.
I think its worth to read, when you are just starting a new job, but you don't know where you gonna heading for. Of course you are heading for success, but it still level of levels above you which you need to accomplished. Chao! (ABR)
